Gorgeous Hall for Rent in Burnaby, centrally located on Canada Way, perfect for you dream wedding party, celebrations of birthdays, anniversaries, showers, conferences and other special occasions. The main banquet room has a capacity for 300 guests, stage with a sound system, underground parking, outdoor patio, gallery and fully equipped kitchen with a bar, if you wish to prepare your own food. In addition to the hall, you can rent a beautiful theater with 180 seats (see photo gallery).

The hall is spacious and beautifully designed.
With the hall rental are included round tables and chairs and the entrance gallery. 8 – 10 persons can fit at one table. The hall’s capacity is up to 250-300 seated guests, or up to 500 without table seating.
We also offer a fully equipped kitchen (comes with stoves, convention oven, steamers, walk in fridge, ice-maker) and a bar with a fridge at additional price.

Gallery
The gallery is a wide area with wall windows suitable for smaller parties or dinners. Commonly used to celebrate anniversaries or golden birthdays. Also very practical for meetings as the layout of tables and chairs may be adjusted as needed.
For gallery and the hall we offer solid wood, good quality round tables, as well as rectangular tables to serve food, and smaller table for cakes.
We also have a small round and rectangular tables for small parties and events.
Garden Patio
Garden Patio is perfect to add on for summer weddings, parties and celebration. It comes with large wooden tables that can fit up to 8 people. Barbeques are not included in the rental.
Upper Level
Classrooms
We offer small classrooms to rent. The capacity is up to 70 persons. It is a very spacious room with sliding doors that can divide the space into 3 smaller classrooms if needed.
The classrooms come with junior tables and chairs.
Lower Level
Theater/Auditorium
Theater is very modern with new auditorium seats and the capacity for up to 180 guests. It comes with a small stage thus it is perfect for concerts, seminars, presentations or conferences. Also used for movies, live stage plays and children’s concerts.
With the theater rental is included small gallery in front of the theater that can be used for coffee breaks. Sound system and projector are also available to rent.

Small Lower Gallery
Small gallery has the capacity up to 60-70 people. Popular for small birthday or Christmas parties, as well as chess events.
Parking
Underground parking is available and it has about 55 parking spots. There is about 10 spots on the side parking and the rest is the street parking.
Insurance and Licenses
For all rentals it is necessary to obtain the Event insurance as well as other applicable licenses.
